About Tanya Freed

Tanya Freed was born to help others. She’s originally from the Denver Metro Area and lived in Florida and Tennessee during her college years. She grew up in Real Estate. Her mother, Tina, worked in property management, and her father ran Freed Construction (a local concrete business). When she wasn’t playing soccer, she was checking out open houses for fun with her mom or visiting a fix-and-flip with her Dad. In addition to her Real Estate schooling, Tanya has a Business degree and a degree in Educational Leadership. Her skills in business and education give her a unique insight into how to advocate for her clients, communicate effectively with them every step of the way, listen closely to their needs, and help them achieve their real estate goals.

Tanya spends her free time visiting the Denver Zoo, The Museum on Nature and Science, and the Children’s Museum with her son, Elijah. She also spends a lot of time surfing and wakeboarding at Chatfield lake, hiking the front range, snowboarding at one of the EPIC mountain locations, and traveling to destination golf locations with her family.

Tanya is honored to serve her clients alongside her mother, Tina, as your advocate and liaison in real estate. This mother-daughter duo is ready to listen to your housing needs, hopes, and dreams and then roll up their sleeves and work tirelessly to get you there!

 

Q&A with Tanya

1. What do you love about your job?

Every client’s needs and goals are different when it comes to homeownership and their real estate portfolio. I love assessing that need or goal in the very beginning, developing the correct game plan with them, and celebrating success together.

2. What are you passionate about?

My communication and ability to answer questions in a timely matter and in a way that makes sense to my clients, from seasoned investors to first-time home buyers. As their realtor, I am not their decision-maker, merely their guide. I help them make informed tactical choices. When my clients feel informed, at ease, and empowered, I know I serve them at the highest level.

3. What do you hear are the most common reasons people love working with you?

Quality over quantity! I will only work with a small number of clients at any given time. I will be there every step of the way and keep in close communication while paying attention to the details that matter most to my clients.

I love to support local small businesses and entrepreneurs. I have always been passionate about organizations that support children and families near and far! Some of my favorites are St.Jude, World Vision, Feeding America’s hungry children, and Women’s Global empowerment. It’s always an honor to support and serve others.
