Tina Freed

Tina Freed’s approach to real estate is grounded in service, experience, and heart. Having planted her roots in Southwest Colorado as a young girl, Tina has spent her life building deep connections across Colorado communities—connections shaped by integrity, advocacy, and a genuine belief that when we serve others well, we truly thrive.

For Tina, buying, selling, or investing in real estate is never just about the transaction. It’s about the experience, the relationship, and how a home can inspire, support, and elevate quality of life. Tina brings decades of hands-on experience in property management, real estate ownership, and investment. At just twenty-one years old, she managed more than 200 units of HUD housing, navigating complex federal regulations while advocating for families during some of their most vulnerable seasons. Witnessing firsthand the impact safe, affordable housing can have on individuals and families fueled her lifelong passion for real estate as a tool for stability, growth, and opportunity.

In addition to her work in real estate, Tina is deeply committed to giving back through Project I See You, a program she supports that provides $10,000 grants and hands-on guidance to single women purchasing their first home. Through this initiative, Tina helps empower women to achieve homeownership, building financial independence while ensuring they feel supported and confident throughout the process. This work exemplifies her commitment to family well-being, inspired living, and creating lasting impact in her community.

She began investing in real estate in the 1990s, and the positive influence it had on her own life ultimately inspired her to become a licensed real estate professional. Today, Tina leverages her deep understanding of property operations, long-term ownership, and market dynamics to help clients make thoughtful, informed decisions—whether they are purchasing a first home, selling a long-held property, or building a real estate portfolio.

Relationship-driven by nature, Tina is passionate about creating meaningful, lasting connections with her clients. She believes trust is built through communication, attention to detail, and showing up consistently. Staying connected with clients and watching them grow personally and professionally is what keeps her inspired to do her best work.

Outside of real estate, Tina embraces everything Colorado has to offer. She enjoys hiking, kayaking on local lakes, exploring mountain towns, and spending quality time with family and friends. A proud mother of three daughters and a devoted grandmother, family is at the center of everything she does.

Today, Tina is honored to serve her neighbors alongside her daughter, Tanya, as part of a trusted mother–daughter real estate team. Together, they blend generations of experience, advocacy, and heart—listening carefully to clients’ needs and working tirelessly to guide them toward homes and opportunities that support their next chapter.

1. What do you love about your job?

Having a career that allows me to serve people and advocate for them through the process of buying or selling real estate. I also really enjoy working with my daughter.

2. What are you passionate about?

I love spending quality time with my family and friends. I love to shop! I enjoy visiting and exploring small mountain towns. I like new adventures; I enjoy hiking and spending time in Nature. I am a mother of three amazing young women and a proud grandmother!  My family is my heart!

3. What sets you apart from the competition?

I will only work with a small number of clients at any given time. I am more concerned with quality over quantity in all areas of my life, and that, includes my real estate career. I will be there every step of the way and keep in close communication paying attention to the details that matter most to my clients.

4. Why did you choose LUX Denver?

5. What organizations are you passionate about?

I love to support local small businesses and entrepreneurs. I have always been passionate about organizations that support children and families near and far! Some of my favorites are St.Jude, World Vision, Feeding America’s hungry children, and Women’s Global empowerment. It’s always an honor to support and serve others.
